This week brings heavy news to the forefront of our community. On May 7, Joni Lamb passed away, a moment that naturally calls for a pause in our regular programming. While we have spent significant time recently examining the complexities of her ministry and the ongoing situation within the Lamb family, out of respect for the gravity of death, I have decided not to showcase our investigative videos from the past week. There is a time for scrutiny and a time for solemnity, and today we choose the latter as we process this sudden development.

I want to be very clear about my heart in this matter: I never held hatred for Joni. My advocacy and the questions I raised were never rooted in malice, but rather in a sincere desire for truth and restoration. My deepest hope throughout our coverage was always that there would be a season of repentance and a path toward healing. It is a weight on my heart that she passed before these earthly reconciliations could be fully realized.

Most of all, my thoughts are with her son, Jonathan Lamb. I had truly wished to see a restoration of their relationship and a making of amends between mother and son before her time came to an end. As we move forward this week, we hold the entire family in our thoughts during this difficult transition. We will continue our mission with integrity, but for today, we simply acknowledge the passing of a significant figure in the media landscape and pray for peace for those left behind.

Sometimes God doesn't let us see everything all at once; instead, He guides us down a path where we can witness the inner workings of things so that, in His perfect timing, the truth can be brought to light for the protection of His people.
